If you do not agree with these terms, please do not purchase, download, create an account, or use the services.
Use of Website and Services
Codvya eBooks provides digital study-material products, including PDFs, eBooks, notes, model papers, exam practice content, and future online preparation tools.
You must use the website lawfully, honestly, and only for personal educational preparation. You must not misuse forms, payment flows, download links, admin endpoints, or account features.
Digital Products and Preparation Content
- Products may include digital PDFs, eBooks, study notes, model papers, answer keys, short solutions, online quizzes, mock tests, test series, preparation dashboards, and learning analytics.
- Product contents, access method, language, file format, product version, and delivery rules should be checked on the relevant product or checkout page before purchase.
- Quiz, mock-test, score, rank, progress, and leaderboard results are practice indicators only and are not official exam results.
User Account Rules
- You are responsible for the accuracy of your name, email, WhatsApp/contact number, login details, and order details.
- If user accounts, dashboards, subscriptions, or test-series memberships are introduced, you must keep your login credentials confidential.
- Account sharing, resale of access, fake accounts, automated access, bots, scripts, scraping, or attempts to manipulate scores/leaderboards are not allowed.
Payment and Order Rules
- Orders are created only after you submit the checkout form and required details.
- Payments are processed through Paytm Payment Gateway or another configured payment gateway shown at checkout.
- Failed, pending, reversed, disputed, or suspicious payments do not guarantee access until payment is confirmed.
- Prices, launch offers, coupons, bundles, subscriptions, and taxes may change. The applicable price is the price shown at checkout at the time of order.
Digital Access and Download Rules
- Digital access may be delivered through a secure download link, account dashboard, email, website access, or another digital method shown on the product page.
- Secure download tokens may expire after 48 hours and may be limited to 5 downloads per paid order unless configured differently.
- You are responsible for saving the delivered file safely for personal study use and for using a compatible PDF reader/browser/device.
No Resale, Sharing, Copying, or Public Distribution
Purchased PDFs, eBooks, notes, mock tests, quiz content, model papers, answer keys, screenshots, videos, account access, and digital materials are for your personal study use only.
- Do not resell, copy, re-upload, publish, print for resale, distribute, share on Telegram/WhatsApp/social media, post on public drives, screen-record, scrape, or use the material for commercial use.
- Do not remove watermarks, order identifiers, email identifiers, download tracking, or access controls.
Suspension and Access Removal
Codvya eBooks may suspend, block, revoke, or restrict access if there is misuse, piracy, fraud, payment dispute misuse, abusive support communication, scraping, hacking, account sharing, chargeback abuse, or violation of these terms.
Future Subscriptions and Test-Series Rules
- If subscriptions, memberships, course access, test series, or premium portal features are added, access duration, renewal, cancellation, expiry, price, and refund rules must be shown clearly on the product/subscription page.
- Subscriptions are personal and cannot be shared or transferred unless the website expressly permits it.
Changes to Website, Products, Pricing, and Policies
We may update the website, product structure, study material, question banks, pricing, product pages, checkout flow, policies, and technical systems from time to time.
When policy changes are material, the latest policy version and last-updated date will be shown on the relevant policy page.
Limitation of Liability
The website and study material are provided for educational preparation. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Codvya eBooks and Codvya Technologies are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, exam-result, career, job, rank, marks, or opportunity losses arising from use of the material.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These terms are intended to be governed by the laws of India. No specific court or city jurisdiction is stated until the registered business address is confirmed.
