01What exactly is included in each available pack?
Fast Track includes two PDFs with separate Hindi and English notes, Paper-I and Paper-II practice, five model sets per language, answer keys and short solutions. Complete Preparation includes four PDFs: separate Hindi and English guides plus bilingual Paper-I and Paper-II model-paper volumes with detailed solutions. Exact file and page details are shown on each product page.
02Can I preview pages before buying?
Yes. Both available Basic Instructor packs have watermarked sample pages. Open Preview Sample from the homepage or product page to review the layout and content style before paying.
03How is the PDF delivered after payment?
After Paytm reports a verified successful payment, sign in with the same Google email used at checkout. The purchased product appears in My Books, where you can generate a secure owner-only download link.
04Which devices can open the eBooks?
The PDFs work with standard PDF reader apps on common Android phones, tablets, laptops and desktop computers.
05Are Hindi and English included?
The current Basic Fast Track pack includes separate Hindi and English PDFs. Basic Premium includes separate Hindi and English complete guides plus bilingual Paper-I and Paper-II model-paper volumes. Senior and combo files are not published yet, so their checkout is disabled.
06What happens after payment confirmation?
The backend verifies the Paytm status and amount before unlocking access. A pending or failed payment never unlocks a paid file.
07Where can I find purchased books?
Open the customer dashboard and choose My Books. Use the same Google email as the checkout email so the paid order can be linked to your account.
08Can I download a purchased PDF again?
Eligible purchases remain listed in My Books. You can generate a new short-lived download link subject to the applicable access and rate-limit rules.
09What is the refund policy for digital products?
Digital products are generally non-refundable after successful access or download. Duplicate payments, failed delivery and other eligible cases are reviewed under the published Refund and Cancellation Policy.
10How do I contact support?
Email Support@codvya.com or use the published WhatsApp contact. Include your order ID, registered email and Paytm reference when the query concerns a purchase.
11Is Codvya eBooks an official government website?
No. Codvya eBooks is an independent study-material platform. Verify exam dates, syllabus and official facts from the relevant recruitment authority.
12Does buying an eBook guarantee selection or marks?
No. The products support self-study and practice; they do not guarantee selection, rank, marks or employment.
13Can I purchase only one exam pack?
Yes. The verified Basic packs can be purchased separately. Senior and combo products remain visible for planning but cannot be purchased until their verified PDFs are published.
14Can purchased material be shared or resold?
No. Purchased content is licensed for the buyer’s personal study use and must not be shared, uploaded, copied for resale or redistributed.
