Accepted Payment Methods
Current checkout supports Paytm Payment Gateway as the active online payment method. Paytm may offer UPI, cards, net banking, wallets, or other gateway-supported methods as shown on the secure Paytm payment page.
Third-Party Payment Processing
Payments are processed by Paytm Payment Gateway, banks, UPI apps, or payment service providers. Their terms, timelines, and security rules may also apply.
Prices, Taxes, and Invoices
Prices may include or exclude taxes depending on future configuration. GSTIN/invoice details should be shown only if applicable and configured.
Order Confirmation
Order confirmation and access are provided after successful payment confirmation. Paytm payments are verified through gateway callback/webhook signature checks and Paytm Transaction Status API verification before paid access is unlocked.
Failed or Pending Payments
Failed, pending, reversed, disputed, suspicious, or unverified payments do not guarantee access until confirmation is received.
Duplicate Payment
For duplicate payment review, email Support@codvya.com or WhatsApp +91 9660261849 with order ID, payment ID/reference, registered email/phone, and issue description. Approved refunds follow the Refund and Cancellation Policy.
Chargeback, Fraud, and Misuse
Chargeback misuse, fake payment proof, fraud, piracy, or policy violation may lead to order hold, account suspension, access removal, refund denial where policy allows, and legal action.
