All original PDFs, notes, model papers, mock tests, quiz content, website content, graphics, designs, downloads, and digital materials are owned by or licensed to Codvya eBooks/Codvya Technologies unless otherwise stated.
Personal Study Use Only
A purchased PDF, eBook, test series, subscription, or portal access is licensed for personal study use only. It is not sold as ownership of copyright or redistribution rights.
Prohibited Use
- Copying, resale, re-uploading, Telegram/WhatsApp sharing, public distribution, print resale, screen recording, scraping, or commercial derivative products.
- Removing watermarks, order IDs, email marks, copyright notices, access controls, download controls, or tracking notices.
- Using Codvya content in another website, app, PDF, book, video, course, coaching material, or social channel without written permission.
Anti-Piracy Controls
We may use watermarking, order ID marks, email marks, download tracking, access logs, rate limits, account controls, and manual review to prevent piracy and misuse.
Copyright Complaint or Takedown Request
If you believe your rights are violated, email Support@codvya.com with:
- Your full name and contact details.
- Ownership proof or authorization proof.
- URL, file name, screenshot, or clear identification of the allegedly infringing material.
- A declaration that the complaint is accurate and that you are the rights owner or authorized representative.
Violation Consequences
If a user violates copyright or anti-piracy rules, access may be terminated, downloads may be revoked, accounts may be suspended, and legal action may be taken where appropriate.
