Scope
This policy applies if Codvya eBooks introduces subscriptions, test-series memberships, paid preparation portal access, course access, or recurring/non-recurring membership plans.
Subscription Duration and Expiry
The subscription duration, start date, expiry date, included features, access limits, and renewal terms must be shown clearly on the subscription/product page before purchase.
Renewal and Cancellation
If automatic renewal is implemented later, renewal/cancellation controls and billing timelines must be clearly disclosed. If no auto-renewal is implemented, access expires at the end of the stated period.
Refunds
No refund is generally available after subscription content, test series, mock tests, or portal access has been used, except as allowed by the Refund and Cancellation Policy.
Price Changes
Subscription prices, features, plans, and access periods may change. The applicable terms are the terms shown at the time of purchase/renewal.
Account Sharing Prohibited
Subscriptions are for the registered user only. Account sharing, resale, credential sharing, automation, scraping, or leaderboard manipulation is prohibited.
