Digital Product Rule
PDFs, eBooks, notes, study material, model papers, test-series access, quiz portal access, and downloadable/online preparation content are digital products.
After successful payment and successful download, access generation, or digital delivery, refund is generally not available except in the limited cases below.
Refund May Be Considered Only For
- Duplicate payment for the same order/product.
- Wrong product delivered due to a website/system error.
- Payment deducted but access/download/order delivery was not provided.
- File is technically corrupted and not fixed or replaced within a reasonable time.
How To Request Refund Review
Email Support@codvya.com with your order ID, registered email, payment proof/reference, issue description, and screenshots if applicable.
Expected review timeline: 3-7 working days. Complex payment gateway, bank, legal, or fraud-review cases may take longer.
If Refund Is Approved
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method where possible, subject to payment gateway, bank, and UPI/app timelines.
No Refund Cases
- Change of mind after purchase.
- Exam postponed, cancelled, rescheduled, pattern changed, or vacancy changed.
- User bought the wrong product by mistake.
- User expected guaranteed selection, job, rank, marks, or official material.
- Digital content has already been downloaded, accessed, delivered, or account access generated, except for the eligible issue cases above.
- Misuse, sharing, piracy, resale, account violation, abusive conduct, fraud, chargeback misuse, or policy breach.
Cancellation
Digital orders usually cannot be cancelled after successful payment, download link generation, account/dashboard access, or content delivery.
