Digital delivery rule

Because PDFs are digital products, refunds are limited after download access is delivered.

Eligible review cases

• Duplicate payment
• Payment deducted but order not created
• Wrong amount credited
• Download link failed and support could not fix access

Non-refundable cases

• Change of mind after delivery
• Sharing the PDF with others
• Expecting official material
• Expecting guaranteed selection or marks

Support process

Contact support with order number, payment reference and issue details. Approved refunds will follow the payment method process available at that time.
