These terms apply when Codvya eBooks introduces quizzes, mock tests, test series, leaderboards, practice analytics, course progress, paid subscriptions, memberships, or preparation dashboards.
Practice Indicators Only
Scores, ranks, percentiles, leaderboards, progress bars, and analytics are practice indicators only. They are not official results and do not guarantee exam performance.
Question Bank Updates
Question banks, answer keys, explanations, topics, mock tests, and test-series content may be updated, corrected, removed, replaced, or reorganized.
No Guarantee
No quiz, mock test, rank, leaderboard score, course progress, subscription, or analytics report guarantees selection, marks, rank, job, or exam success.
Fair Use
- Do not use bots, scripts, scraping, automation, account sharing, answer-sharing groups, or manipulation to alter scores or leaderboards.
- Do not attack systems, overload APIs, reverse engineer question banks, or copy portal content into other products.
Minors
Users under 18 should use quiz/preparation features with parent/guardian consent. Future child-user data practices should be reviewed before launch.
Paid Subscription Terms
If paid subscriptions or memberships are launched later, access duration, renewal, cancellation, expiry, feature limits, and refund rules must be shown clearly on the product/subscription page.
